This Frigidaire Gallery series portable induction burner is perfect for parties or as an addition to your normal kitchen appliances. It uses induction (electromagnetic energy) that actually heats the pan itself rather than the cooking surface. It has a safety shut off and child lock features. This model has six cooking options, scratch resistant surface, timer, automatic cookware detection and a color LED display. Standard 110V with a 10-1/4 inch cooking area.
